- ‘TruSens Store’, 'we', 'our' or 'us' refers to TruSens (a division of ACCO Brands).
- 'you' and 'your' refers to the user and/or viewer of any of the Websites. If the person accessing any of the Websites does so on behalf of, or for the purposes of, another person, including a business or organisation, then 'you' or 'your' also refers that other person, including any business organisation.
Postage & Packing Charges
The TruSens Store uses Australia Post to deliver shipments to our customers. All shipment charges are based upon weight and total order value. All AusPost shipments are given a tracking number, so that we can ensure safe arrival of your order. TruSens Store ships to Australian Addresses only.
Orders under $75 will be charged a shipping fee of $12.50. Orders over $75 will be shipped free of cost.

Deliveries can only be made Monday to Friday. All orders received after 10.300 am that day will be processed the following working day and packages shipped accordingly. Please be aware that no deliveries are made on public holidays or between Christmas and the New Year as our office is closed during this period.
Please note that a signature may be required for acceptance of the shipment. If no one is available to sign for the shipment, additional charges may be incurred to you for any additional deliveries If returned to us. Additional deliveries will be charged at 50% of your original delivery charge. Deliveries can be made to residential and commercial addresses as specified on your order subject to successful authorisation from Shopify Payments our secure payment provider.
All Prices are quoted in $AUD and include GST.
The TruSens Store will make every effort to ensure that our site has up-to-date information about product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place an order, we will send you an email telling you that we will be reimbursing any payment you have made in respect of the product.
Products purchased from us is only Refundable once we have verified and approved your refund request

If you are returning a product because of an error on our part, a defect in the product for which we are liable or it is physically damaged due to the delivery, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the product to you and we'll reimburse your costs in returning it to us. In other circumstances we will expect you to pay the costs of return.
Where we accept that a product is faulty or you are exercising your rights to cancel under staute or as set out in our Product Terms and Conditions we will reimburse the price of the product together with any delivery charges which we charged for the delivery of the product to you.
You are under a duty to retain possession of the product whilst it is awaiting return to TruSens Store and to take reasonable care of them during this period.
TruSens Store does not accept liability for packages sent to TruSens which are damaged during transit. It is your responsibility to pack products adequately to prevent damage.

How to Return a Product
If you wish to return your product please contact the TruSens Store team by emailing email@example.com. We will issue you a return label for you to take your parcel to the nearest Aus Post outlet to ship your package back to us.
